Hanwha SolarOne Co. Ltd. said that Ki-Joon HONG has retired from the company as chairman and chief executive officer (CEO).
HONG was named a director of the company on October 8, 2010. He became CEO on June 27, 2011.
The company is expected to announce HONG’s replacement by the end of April.
