On July 9, 2013, JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders.
The meeting was held on June 28, 2013, in Shanghai, China.
All the proposals submitted to shareholders were approved.
At the meeting, the company’s shareholders approved the audited financial statements and the reports of the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) for the year ended December 31, 2012.
The shareholders also approved the re-election of Yuwen Zhao as an independent director and the appointment of Shaohua Jia as an independent director.
